Tender Description

The Moreton Bay Regional Council is developing Stage 1 of the soccer/multi-use precinct within the Moreton Bay Central Sports Complex. The site is located on Aquatic Centre Drive, Burpengary, approximately 43 km north from the Brisbane CBD. The facilities offered within Stage 1 of the soccer/multi-use precinct include:
* Bulk earthworks for the entire multi-use precinct (Stage 1 & 2)
* 3 senior fields;
* Car parks;
* Internal roads, cycle and footpaths
* A fully equipped clubhouse (to be completed by building contractor)
* Field lighting
* Stormwater management including bio basin
* Service infrastructure
* Landscaping and revegetation
