Registrations of Interest (ROI) for Facilities Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Institute de Notre Dame Des Missions Trust Board (the Sisters) is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from interested parties for the supply of Facilities Management Services (FM Services) for their property portfolio.

This ROI is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a registration for the FM Services contract opportunity. It is also the first step in a multi-step procurement process.

Following evaluation, shortlisted respondent/s will be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP).

The Integral Group Ltd. (TIGL) as the procurement advisor, and TwentyTwo Limited (TwentyTwo) as the property advisor, have been engaged by the Sisters to assist them in this process. This document has been prepared on behalf of the Sisters and:

* Provide information in relation to the Services.
