Disposal of Scrap Mild Steel Cement Lined Pipeline Materials

⁠⁠⁠WT31-16/17 - Offers are invited for the Lump Sum Contract for the disposal of scrap mild steel cement lined pipeline materials from a site located at Cooby Dam Road, Meringandan. Offers will be received electronically via LG tender box or alternatively in the Tender Box, Toowoomba Regional Council, Customer Service Centre, 4 Little Street, Toowoomba QLD 4350, up until 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 29 November 2016.

A non-mandatory project briefing meeting will be held commencing 10am on Thursday, 17 November 2016 at the site located off Cooby Dam Road, Meringandan.

In accordance with S 228 (7) of Local Government Regulation 2012, if Council changes the offer specifications, Council may invite all offerers to change their offers to take account of the change in the offer specifications before making a decision on the offers.

The lowest or any submissions received will not necessarily be accepted.
