Croydon Shire Council invites interested parties in submitting Tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuel to Council work sites.
Tenderers must comply with the Tendering Conditions set out in section 2 or risk being disqualified or their tender rejected.
The successful Tenderer must sign a contract agreement for the supply and delivery of bulk fuel to Council work sites.
The invitation to tender is conducted in accordance with Croydon Shire Council’s Procurement Policy and Section 226 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
