Western Sydney University is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from prospective partner(s) (Proponents) to lead the joint development of two remaining lots in its Westmead Campus (Site) on the corner of Hawkesbury and Darcy Roads, Westmead:

* Lot 2 area: 5,694 sqm / 30,700 sqm GFA
* Lot 3 area: 2,635 sqm / 16,000 sqm GFA
