Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Service Provider (contractor) to provide Cleaning Services of High Street Maitland, Riverside Walk, and The Levee (formerly known as Heritage Mall) for a two (2) year period from 9th January 2017 with an option for a one (1) year extension. The exercising of the option to extend the contract is solely at the Principal's discretion.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00pm on Tuesday 22 November 2016.
