Procurement of Two Residences and Associated Site Works at Normanton, Queensland

This Contract is for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of two (2) residential dwellings of four (4) bedrooms as per attached floor plan; and associated site works, to be located at Normanton, Queensland.

At a minimum, the Offerer must provide a fully costed proposal, which will include a full list of inclusions (the offer) for the supply, delivery and installation of two (2) residential premise (dwellings) including fencing (as per attached standard) and associated site works, on location at 15 Travers St Normanton, Queensland and second block to be advised which is currently being purchased.

Contingent upon the above offer being provided, alternative proposals may be considered for any the following options:
* Other options, which the Offerer considers represents better overall value-for-money, for the Principal.

Offerers are to supply a full detailed list of inclusions associated with the work. The works for this Contract are generally, as follows:
* Supply, Delivery and Installation of two (2) residential premises consisting of four (4) bedrooms, fully fenced and associated site works, located at Normanton, Queensland; including
* Documentation of the Principal’s full requirements, including the required Program (timeframes) and obtaining sign-off on these requirements, prior to any work commencing;
* Liaise with Local Authorities as necessary to complete the works, and achieve all necessary approvals;
* Construction of the buildings, to the Principal’s requirements; and all mandatory requirements; including, but not limited to:
* The provisions of The Fire and Emergency Services (Domestic Smoke Alarms) Amendment Bill 2016;
* Transportation of the buildings to the sites, in full compliance with all requirements;
* Installation of the buildings on the sites, in full compliance with all requirements;
* Identification of all services, including underground services; and
* Production and supply of a drawing noting these services in CAD format;
* Conduct site reinstatement earthworks to existing ground level, with a suitable fill material capable of sustaining a lawn;
* Installation of a fence;
* Installation of lawn (turf), and a concrete driveway; and
* Leave the designated site completely free of debris.
