Warwick State High School - Replacement Amenites, Gym and Canteen (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for a new amenities, gym and canteen building located at Warwick State High School, Palmerin Street, Warwick QLD 4370.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC rating Level 2 and hold a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT THE SCHOOL:  Thursday 3rd November at 1:30pm.

Submissions close on Tuesday, 22 November 2016 at 3:00pm at Honeywill Consulting.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
