Provision of Maintenance and Refurbishment Works

Moreland City Council is seeking to engage building work contractors for the provision of building refurbishment and general maintenance works for above sites.

Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractor(s) to provide refurbishment improvement works to the Hadfield NW FM RAdio station, Hadfield Tennis Club and Fawkner Library.

There are three (3) options for this tender:

(1) provide a lump sum price for all 3 projects and refurbish simultaneously; or
(2) provide a lump sum price for one or two  projects only.

The successful tenderer would be expected to commence and complete the works by a date to be negotiated,.

Hadfield NW FM Radio Station roof repairs:
A Compulsory site inspection will be held on:
Tuesday 22 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm and/or:
Tuesday 29 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm
Middle Street Reserve, 90 Middle Street, Hadfield VIC 3046 (rear of Hadfield Community Hall). 

 Hadfield Tennis Club Refurbishment :

A Compulsory site inspection will be held on:
Tuesday 22 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm and/or:
Tuesday 29 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm
Middle Street Reserve, 90 Middle Street, Hadfield VIC 3046 (rear of Hadfield Community Hall).

Fawkner Library Upgrade Works:

A Compulsory site inspection will be held on:
Monday 21 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm and/or:
Monday 28 November 2016, 11.30 - 12.30 pm
77 Jukes Road, Fawkner.

Documentation will be available for both tenders only via supplierportal.moreland.vic.gov.au from 8.00am (Melbourne time) Monday 31st October 2016.
