Expression of Interest Camooweal Agent for Mount Isa City Council - 3 Year Term

⁠⁠⁠Council seeks expressions of interest from parties interested in being the Camooweal Agent on behalf of Mount Isa City Council.

Agency services include the following:
* Provision of general information to residents and visitors to Camooweal on the services provided by the Council and any applicable fees and charges;
* Provide liaison between the Council and the Community of Camooweal including the issue of notices and general community information as requested by the Council as well as the referral of any complaints or customer requests;
* Process transactions and maintain appropriate records associated with any payment of rates, charges and other fees levied by Council;
* Relay instructions to and provide communication access for (on a cost reimbursement basis) Council staff in Camooweal as requested by the Council
* Submit a monthly report to the Council’s contact detailing any matters requiring Council’s attention and summarising transactions as at month end;
* Maintain the security of the Hall and report on any required repairs or maintenance;

Opening hours - Minimum hours of operation include:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 12 noon

Insurances - The Camooweal Agent is required to maintain and provide evidence of adequate insurance cover as follows:
* Workers Compensation
* Fidelity Guarantee (minimum $100,000)
* Cash on Premises (minimum $10,000)
* Professional Indemnity (minimum $2,000,000)
