Tender Description
The National Archives of Australia is seeking responses from organisations with a proven track record in providing a complete and comprehensive cleaning, hygiene and recycling service for our Cannon Hill, Qld office.
The services comprise of the following:
* Routine cleaning of the building interiors;
* Litter and waste collection and handling, recycling management and disposal services;
* Sanitary napkin disposal including the supply and/or replacement of receptacles;
* Provision of environmentally friendly cleaning consumables and products, including the procurement, stocking and replenishment of sanitary items, bin liners, liquid soaps, paper towels and toilet paper;
* Sweeping and washing, as appropriate, of the building exterior; and
* Reporting of all waste and recycling statistics.
