Tender Description
Council is seeking a facilitator for the Trainee and Apprenticeship Program. The primary objective of the traineeship & apprenticeship program for Redland City Council is to increase job opportunities for local residents and upskill or reskill these people to provide the skills Council requires in line with the organisation’s strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
Council may approve approximately 16 full time trainees and apprentices. These numbers are flexible and will be based on operational requirements and financial constraints including state and federal government funding initiatives.
