Travel Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland University of Technology (QUT), has a requirement for Travel Management Services.

QUT has noted an increasing preference of staff and students (QUT Travellers) for the self service models available from the broader internet. In the past year QUT has undertaken a series of reviews to identify its current and future service requirements and anticpates this RFO identifying a partner who has a strategic direction aligned with QUT’s vision for the future of Travel Management Services. Further QUT is seeking to rapidly implement business process improvement in the experience of QUT Travellers whilst locking into a process of continuous developments over the term of the resulting agreement.

QUT is seeking an end-to-end travel management solution to provide a transformational improvement in the service levels experienced by QUT Travellers. QUT Travellers includes staff, contractors, visitors and students.
