The University would like to seek a solution for goods ordering, which enables users to:
1. Browse by categories/products;
2. Search by key words/categories;
3. Compare product by product including images, descriptions, pricing, lead time and warranty;
4. Issue requisitions by Qty and other options ie. UOM or spec (requisitions may be raised from the University Enterprise Facilities Management System Archibus or from a standalone order processing system from this solution we are looking for in this EOI);
5. Approve requisitions by different level of Delegations of Authority;
6. Send the order directly to the supplier's nominated email/fax;
7. Confirm of receipt and invoicing for payment (PeopleSoft integration);
8. Generate reports for different categories / suppliers;
9. Facilitate product information management including maintenance and updates.
