Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified applicants for Contract No. T038/2017, Construction of Browns Lane and the Intersection with Jarman Road. This is being delivered as a Construct Only project.

The 350 metre section of Browns Lane being constructed as part of this contract is currently an unsealed gravel road and is being upgraded to a sealed road with dedicated right hand and left hand turning lanes to residential streets.

Tenders close at 11.00 am AEDT on Thursday 10 November 2016.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
