Tender Description
As part of the Principal's annual asset renewal and maintenance programme, two sites owned by the Principal have been identified as requiring roof renewal and building condition upgrade works as indicated. The works at each site vary in scope, extent and trades to be employed. Removal of hazardous materials, namely asbestos, is also required at some sites.
Based on the current occupancy and use of the two sites, the scope of work outlined in this Specification is based on a staged possession and completion timetable. The two sites are leased and/or hired by regular Users. These sites will be shut down and vacated by the Tenants / Hirers for the duration of the construction period.
The date for completion of work at each of the sites is critical due to agreement entered into by the Principal to vacate the sites for a fixed period of time only.
