The Principal requires a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the regular inspection and servicing, testing and re-charging of fire fighting appliances and Fire Detection and Alarm systems in compliance with AS 1851,2012 to nominated Council buildings. The contractor will also be required to supply fire extinguishers for corporate vehicles and heavy plant.

The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
I. Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to fire appliances;
II. Carry out routine inspection and testing to fire detection and alarm systems;
III. Refuelling of fire booster pumps;
IV. Supply of filters and consumables for fire booster pumps; and
V. Carry out routine servicing and maintenance to corporate vehicles and heavy plant fire extinguishers
