Griffith University has implemented changes to its Telephone service charging model, which sees the requirement for internal charging for Telephone services no longer being required. Accordingly, the University is seeking to partner with a supplier to implement a new Call Reporting and Billing System that will streamline current process and suit the recent changes to the charging methodology.
