Provision of Smash Repair Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking responses from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications/qualifications, capacity a high standard of capability and can deliver the best value for money.

As part of this requirement Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results and solutions that support the achievement of business requirements consistent with Council's overall strategic direction.

Fairfield City Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations for provision of Smash Repair Services. The types of Vehicles Council will requested to be repaired

1. Passenger vehicles and (light commercials vans, utilities).
2. Light trucks
3. Medium trucks
4. Heavy trucks
5. Plant items
6. Paint less dent repair (e.g. hail)

Service provides may submit to undertake all requested works or may just submit for to undertake one (1) or two (2) of the types of vehicles.

Quotation Briefing: A non-mandatory briefing session will be held Thursday 27 October at 10:30am to present key elements pertaining to the preparation and lodgement of the Quotation, as well as an overview of the proposed contract requirements.
