Tender Description
Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of Erosion and Streetscape Upgrade Works at Spit East, Mosman. The scope of the Works includes, but is not limited to the following:
T-EP-16/13 - SPIT EAST EROSION & STREETSCAPE UPGRADE WORKS
(a) All earthworks including excavation, fill, trim and compaction;
(b) Demolition and disposal of existing retaining wall, bus stop, bollards, traffic barriers, paving and other items as specified in the drawings and specifications;
(c) Supply and construct concrete and paved paths/surfaces, concrete barrier kerb, timber kick rails, stairs/bleachers, boat ramp and seawall as per drawings and specifications;
(d) Supply and install stainless steel bollards and wheel stops, and install bin; and
(e) Storm water works inclusive of pipes and pits.
Planting Works are excluded from the required works for this contract. However, turf and backfill are required.
