Waterworth Park – Wolli Creek Foreshores Improvement Works

Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00 pm Tuesday 8 November 2016 from experienced contractors to carry out works in Waterworth Park, Earlwood NSW 2206.

The works include stabilisation of the riverbank incorporating sandstone reinforcement, regrading of existing riverbank shoreline, and the establishment of shallow tidal inundation saltmarsh areas.

Contractors will be required to have experience in this type of construction works and demonstrate financial and management capability.

Envelopes containing tenders are to be endorsed "Contract No. 71/2016 – “Waterworth Park – Wolli Creek Foreshores Improvement Works" and must be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Administration Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie.

The onus rests with the tenderer or their representative to ensure that the tender is placed in the Tender Box by the due time.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
