Tender Description
As part of the Tropical Cyclone Lam and Nathan rebuilding effort, these housing works form part of the final phase of cyclone rebuilding works.
The Works comprise of the construction of five by three bedroom NFA style dwellings and four by four bedroom dwellings (Type H and Type B) in the township of Galiwin’ku in the Northern Territory.
The site of the Works is to Lots 449, 454, 460, 477 and 529 for the three bedroom NFA design and Lots 119, 122, 68 and 70 for the four bedroom Type H and Type B design in the township of Galiwin’ku in the Northern Territory.
