Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of proposed Balmoral Baths and Jetty Refurbishment.

The scope of the work includes but not limited to:
* Replacement of Vertical Piles
* Replacement of Girders
* Replacement of Capwales
* Replacement of Deck Boards
* Replacement of Stair Stringers
* Replacement of Girder to Capwale Connections
* Replacement of Handrail Connections
* Replacement of Mooring Cleats
* Application of Anti* skid Treatment
* Clean Turning Boards and Ladders of Marine Growth
* Other miscellaneous works as required to complete the Scope of Works.
