Bulk Cable

⁠⁠⁠The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus pipeline at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) main line valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities).

Jemena is seeking a Vendor to supply bulk cable for the Facilities. A variety of different cable types will be required to be supplied, i.e. power, instrument, earthing, data cabling. The cable supply scope includes design, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

Jemena is seeking a Supplier to complete the following:
* Design and supply cabling - estimated total quantities (in varying sizes, types, coatings and screening) are 70km for PCCS and 30km for MICS;
* Compliance to Jemena electrical specifications;
* Compliance to all relevant Australian Standards;
* Provide all technical and quality documentation pertaining to the manufacture, assembly and testing of the cable;
* Supply a comprehensive Manufacturers Data Report and Installation & Operations Manual;
* Deliver cable to various Australian locations; and
* Provide evidence of ISO 9001 accreditation for the manufacturer and local representative organization/distributor/supplier.
