The Opportunity
VMIA is seeking to establish a Site Risk Survey (SRS) Panel of suitably qualified organisations to undertake site risk surveys on behalf of VMIA.

The term of the Proposed Contract will be three years commencing November 2016, with an option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms at VMIA’s sole discretion.

The number of surveys to be allocated to SRS Panel members will depend on the number of companies appointed to the Panel. VMIA has not prescribed a specific number of companies to be appointed to the SRS Panel.

There is no specified number of surveys to be allocated to specific SRS panel members at the outset of the Panel’s operation, although generally up to 120 site risk surveys are required to be undertaken per annum, in accordance with the agreed VMIA schedule of visits.

VMIA is keen to support a sustainable market for site risk survey service provision.
