Tender Description
Redland City Council (RCC) seeks a main/head contractor for replacement of existing sportsfield lighting at three (3) fields (and outfields) at John Fredericks Park in Capalaba.
Scope includes but is not limited to:
* On-site investigation, testing of electrical systems and report (including main switchboard);
* Design and certification of lighting and electrical systems, pole footings (if required);
* Building application and approval;
* Removal and disposal of existing lights;
* Pole and light fitting assembly and installation;
* Replacement of pole mounted switchboard and controls, RCD’s and damaged conduits;
* After hours commissioning of the lighting; and
* Provision of certified “As constructed”, shop drawings, operational manuals and any other documentation.
