Improving Immunisation Coverage Among Indigenous Queenslanders

⁠⁠⁠An opportunity exists for a suitable organisation to deliver a service that provides leadership and support to the Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) throughout Queensland to improve their immunisation services and contribute to raising immunisation coverage rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The Department issues this Request for Offer with the objectives of:
* Improving immunisation rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and adults principally through the ACCHS in Queensland.
* Improving data management, data quality and vaccine management practices in ACCHSs related to immunisation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Queensland to enable better targeting of children overdue for vaccinations.
* Facilitating immunisation education and training for health professionals working in the ACCHSs.
* Establishing regional partnerships to improve immunisation rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the quality of immunisation services delivered by ACCHS.
