Invitation To Tender No. 34/2016 Isabella Street at Brabyn Street, North Parramatta, Construction of Roundabout and Associated Works.
Tenders are invited from experienced civil engineering contractors for construction of a single lane Roundabout and Associated Civil Works at the intersection of Isabella and Brabyn Streets, North Parramatta. The project involves construction of:
* A single lane Roundabout with concrete annulus and Porphyry Sett infill;
* Kerb and gutter realigned on all four corners of the intersection;
* Two red brick stencil pattern concrete infill islands on Isabella Street with built-in pedestrian refuges;
* Pair of Kerb Ramps on all four corners of the intersection and linking standard concrete footpath;
* Drainage pits and grates as required.
The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.
A decision will be made on this Tender at the end of December 2016, with works anticipated to commence February 2017.
No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@parracity.nsw.gov.au
