Council invites tenders from socially responsible enterprises who offer employment training programmes for at risk individuals to assist Council with the removal of visible and accessible graffiti from commercial buildings within Council’s LGA. Council encourages charitable organisations and/or not for profit organisations to tender.

The works under this contract will generally include:
* Inspecting, removing/painting over of graffiti on commercial buildings within Blacktown Council LGA.
* Recording details of graffiti found or cleaned in the Australian Graffiti Register (AUSGR)
* Cleaning off graffiti using high pressure water jet.
* Cleaning off graffiti using special cleaning agents as required.
* Application of sacrificial/non sacrificial coating on surfaces.
* Traffic/pedestrian control as required.
