Purchase/Removal of Shed/Sheds - 37 Main St Pialba

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from not for profit community organisations for the purchase/removal of 2 sheds from Council property at 37 Main Street, Pialba.

The sheds are offered on an ‘as is’ basis and all tenderers will need to undertake their own due diligence in relation to all aspects of the relocation of the sheds off the site, including but not limited to seeking any development, building or other approvals required.

All costs associated with obtaining relevant approvals and the relocation of the sheds will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer.
