Provision of a Real Estate Settlement Service

⁠⁠⁠The Public Trustee seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Legal Practitioner or licensed Settlement Agent to provide a full real estate settlement service in relation to the sale, and purchase, of real estate by the Public Trustee in its role as Executor, Administrator, Manager, Trustee, Agent or Donee.

Additionally, the successful respondent will be required to a) prepare a range of legal documents to support the settlement and b) provide an attendance service. Eg when required to attend a settlement to hand over documents or pick up a cheque.
