The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Demolition and remediation of the loose-fill asbestos insulation affected properties and disposal of all waste to the nominated landfills in accordance with the relevant regulations and codes of practice.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

3 mandatory site meetings will be held at locations and times listed under. Attendance at each meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meetings will not be considered for acceptance.

1) 10th October 2016 Queanbeyan Region seven (7) properties; 10:30 – 15:30; meet at 27 Early Street Queanbeyan
2) 11th October 2016 Finley Region nine (9) properties; 11:30 – 15:30; meet at 285 Murray Street Finely
3) 14th October 2016 Lithgow Region one (1) property; 11:00 – 11:45, meet at 13 Birdwood Street Lithgow
