Woolgoolga to Ballina Upgrade - Fuel Supply

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified suppliers are invited to tender for the supply of fuel to facilitate the future upgrade of the Pacific Highway between Woolgoolga and Ballina Project.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
Works associated with the sourcing and transport of fuel from supplier’s depot to the fuelling facilities;
* Design, procurement, supply, logistical planning, installation, commissioning, monitoring, maintenance and decommissioning of fuel tanks. Each fuel tank requires its own source of electrical power, loading arms, bowsers and refuelling system. All equipment proposed for use on the project must comply with legislative requirements relevant to the supply, storage and distribution of fuel.
* Supply and installation of hardware, software and electronic system designed to track and report fuel usage and required replenishment;
* Provide barcoding system to track all fuel dispensed;
* Obtain and maintain all relevant licences and approvals;

This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful application being awarded.

This is a joint Australian and NSW government funded project.

It is a requirement for this project that the successful supplier be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme at the time of entering into the contract for the contract work and while the contract work is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at www.fsc.gov.au.

The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) applies to this project. This document can be viewed at the Australian Government website at www.employment.gov.au/BuildingCode.
