Trial of Mobile Phone Jamming Technologies at Goulburn Correctional Complex and Upgrade of the Lithgow Correctional Centre Jamming Technology

Corrective Services NSW is seeking expressions of interest for the design, installation and commissioning of a mobile phone jamming system at Goulburn Correctional Complex as a ‘turn-key’ solution; to provide upgrades to the mobile phone jamming system at Lithgow Correctional Centre as a ‘turn-key’ solution; and to conduct maintenance, testing and continued development of mobile phone jamming systems at both Lithgow and Goulburn.

All designs and work must be in compliance with the legislative requirements of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), including the exemption determinations made by the ACMA, Australian telecommunications carriers and other stakeholders.
