Request for Tender Kingston Park Land Release Strategy and Principal Property Advisor

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide specialist advice relating to packaging of land for release to provide best value for the Kingborough Community. The successful consultant will be required to develop a strategy for packaging and sale of land in the new Kingston Park development and to provide ongoing professional advice. Although the required services include consideration and recommendations on potential marketing and sales approaches in the Land Release Strategy, the role does not include specific assistance with marketing or sale of any land packages.

The successful tenderer will not be permitted to represent or advise any other parties in relation to purchasing or investing in land within Kingston Park.

Closing Time: 2.00 pm Wednesday 19th October 2016.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by prospective tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading request for tender documents.
