Expression of Interest Receiving Old Plywood and Steel Seating Materials

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is offering materials from no longer required retractable seating on a free to collector basis. The materials will be available in December 2016.

Closing Time: 2.00 pm Wednesday 23rd September 2015.

EOI documents are only available to registered entities by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

EOI enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by respondents will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading EOI documents.

EOIs must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the EOI is uploaded again. EOIs not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. EOIs will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify a limited number of vendors to participate in a subsequent tender stage.
