For the Supply of Catering for UQ Graduation Ceremonies

⁠⁠⁠The University of Queensland holds graduation ceremonies in July and December of each year, where in excess of 8000 graduands attend. On average, 350 students graduate at each ceremony, with approximately 10 ceremonies in July and 20 in December. Each student is able to bring up to four guests to a ceremony. Catering is provided at the UQ Centre Café before, during and after the graduation ceremony takes place and then at the post-ceremony celebratory event in the Great Court. A minimum of 10 guests per ceremony will be catered for in the VIP Lounge of the UQ Centre, before and after graduation ceremonies. Catering is provided in the Boardroom of the UQ Centre at intervals each day throughout the week/s of graduations. VIP/Honorary Doctorate function catering may be required should an Honorary Doctorate/s be awarded. 

This invitation will comprise three parts:
Part A: UQ Centre Café catering before, during and after the graduation ceremonies, UQ Centre VIP Lounge catering before and after the graduation ceremonies, and UQ Centre Boardroom catering at intervals.
Part B: Post-ceremony celebratory catering in the Great Court.
Part C: VIP/Honorary Doctorate Function catering
Offerors may bid for Part A only, Part B only, Part C only or a combination of some or all parts.
