Tender Description: UTS Good Manufacturing Practice-Lite (GMP-L) Facility Project.
UTS requires services from a consultant suitably experienced in the lead consultancy role to undertake the design management and development as well as construction management / assistance of a new GMP-L facility at UTS.
The GMP-L project requires the identification, assessment, development, design, construction management / assistance and certification (where required) of GMP-L facility associated with architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety compliance, structural and lab compliance within the facility.
Respondents are invited to submit tenders for providing services associated with the development of a new GMP-L facility at UTS.
The project site is located in Level 00 in Building 7 at the UTS City campus on Broadway at the edge of the Sydney Central Business District (CBD). The site address is 15 Broadway, Ultimo NSW 2007.
UTS emphasises the importance of specifically addressing the returnable schedule criteria for evaluation.
