Lease of Burra Pool Canteen (2016-2017 Swimming Season)

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of interest are invited for the lease of the Burra Pool Canteen for the 2016-2017 swimming season, which will be from Saturday 12th November 2016 and conclude Sunday 19th March 2017 (canteen open on days 28 degrees and over).

The lessee will be required to open the canteen during public swimming sessions and will also be responsible for collecting and accounting for pool entrance fees.

In addition to the proceeds from the sale of food and drink, the lessee will receive all entrance fees collected during the public swimming sessions.

It is a condition of the lease that the lessee holds a minimum of $10 million public liability insurance cover.
