Sport and Recreation Human Resources and Gender Diversity Project

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Sport and Recreation (the department) (the Customer) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Respondent to assist State Sporting Associations (SSAs) and Industry Representative Organisations (IROs) to develop enhanced practices in human resources (HR), as well as integrate diversity and inclusion values and practices into all areas of their business. It is envisaged that upon completion of the project, participating organisations will be working towards creating a culture that embraces diversity at a board and senior management levels (with specific targets in terms of the gender equity).
