Tender Description
Tenders, in a plain, sealed envelope on which are printed only the words:
36.00608 - Hire of Trucks/ Watercarts are invited and will be received up until 4pm on Tuesday 18 October 2016.
Council hires plant (graders, rollers, backhoes, loaders, excavators, dozers and scrapers) and tip trucks on a casual basis.
Tenders in envelopes which do not have the required words printed on them, or which have the company name or any other writing on them, will not be considered by Council.
The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of Tenders by Council will lead to the rejection of the individual Tender.
Submission documents can be obtained by contacting the Engineers Department on (02) 6333 6100.
Tenders are to be placed in the tender box on the Ground Floor of Councils Civic Centre Foyer, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst, or submitted via email to council@bathurst.nsw.gov.au prior to closing time.
The lowest, highest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
