Sale of Demountable Recreation Building

⁠⁠⁠The building is assembled from 4 demountable buildings each 12 meters long by 3 meters wide to give an enclosed area of 12 meters by 12 meters. There is an open area within the building measuring 12 meters by 9 meters to the front of the building and a partially enclosed kitchen area at the rear of the enclosed building measuring 12 meters by 3 meters.

The building contains 5 through-the-wall air conditioning units.

The kitchen area consists of a set of kitchen benches and cupboards, a double bowl stainless steel sink and a 4 burner electric stove/oven unit. At the eastern end of the kitchen module there is a coldroom /freezer combination measuring 5 meters by 3 meters overall which in centrally divided internally to form 2 compartments each 3 meters by 2.5 meters. The compressor unit for the combination is mounted on the outside of the building on the eastern wall.

The building is surrounded on 2 sides by a 3 meter wide timber verandah deck. The verandah has recently been re-roofed.
