Kangaroo Bay Pavilion Building Construction

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from builders experienced in producing quality public buildings to construct the Kangaroo Bay Pavilion at Kangaroo Bay.

Clarence City Council is developing the Kangaroo Bay precinct as part of the Kangaroo Bay Urban Design Master Plan. Funding has been approved for the Kangaroo Bay Parklands which includes large landscaped areas, a children’s play park, public toilets and barbeque facilities. The Pavilion consists of the public toilets and barbeque facilities under a roof shelter.

Tender documents will be available on Monday 19 September 2016 from the Council offices at 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park.

Tender responses are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and with the description and Tender number (1107/16) clearly marked on the envelope. Tenders will be received at the Council Offices, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018 until 2.00p.m. on Friday 7 October 2016.

Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted. Late Tender responses or Tenders forwarded by facsimile or email will not be considered.
