Tenders are invited from registered Contractors for the Demolition of Houses and Associated Structures at 10 Jaspers Brush Road and B510 Princes Highway, Jaspers Brush.

Work Description:
The work to be performed under this Contract includes the demolition of the existing dwellings, vegetation and associated structures at 10A Jaspers Brush Road and B510 Princes Highway, Jaspers Brush. The works include the disconnection of utility services, the provision of any traffi ccontrol required to carry out the demolition works, levelling the site and reseeding with grass and disposal of all waste material to a licensed facility.
The work to be performed in this Contract includes the following:
* Preparation of a Hazardous Materials Survey Report
* Development of an Asbestos Management Plan
* Removal of Asbestos Material and Provision of Clearance Certificate
* Disconnection and Removal of Utility Services
* Demolition and Removal of all buildings and structures located within the working area
* Excavation and Removal of Waste Material at tip site
