Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the staged construction of educational buildings for Sydney Catholic Schools, Archdiocese of Sydney at Bethlehem Catholic College, Ashfield, including:
* A new three storey extension to existing building to provide 15 new classrooms.
* Construction of a new link bridge, lifts and connections into existing buildings.
* Refurbishment of existing buildings containing art, music and food technology spaces.
* Demolition of existing 3 storey building.
* Landscaping and construction of new games court
* Associated site works and services.
Tenders will be invited in October 2016 for construction commending in January 2017. Up to 6 tenderers may be invited for interviews prior to inclusion on the tender list. Your submission should include:
* Summary of previous experience noting value of work including: education projects $8-$15M
* Work in progress including value
* Personnel proposed to be on this project including their experience.
* Referees
* WHS management system and copy of OH&S certification
Building Contract will be the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney Major Works Contract.
