⁠⁠⁠RFT: 2016/4532 for the Provision of Construction Services for the Refurbishment of Building 7 Stage 1 Workshop & Digital Fabrication Lab UC Main Campus

University of Canberra (UC) is a public university located on 118 hectares in Bruce, a north-western suburb of Canberra within easy reach of shopping and entertainment venues in the Belconnen Town Centre and the Civic Centre.

UC aims to be amongst the world's leading universities in research, teaching and learning for responsible public administration and services.

The academic structure of UC comprises four faculties (Arts and Design; Business, Government & Law; Education, Science, Technology and Mathematics; and Health) and three research centres; the Institute for Applied Ecology (IAE); Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis (UC-IGPA), and UC Research Institute for Sport and Exercise (UC-RISE)).

UC requires the services of a suitably qualified Head Works Contractor for the refurbishment of Building 7, Faculty of Arts and Design (FAD).

There will be a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED site inspection at 10:00am, Thursday 22nd September 2016. Respondents are requested to advise the contact officer if they wish to attend (refer details of section 7.2 of the RFT).
