Invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Builders for construction works on their Maroochydore, QLD site.
Proposed extension to existing facility comprising:
* New 3 bay extension to gymnasium (400m2)
* New build mezzanine floor over existing floor (391m2)
* New build extension forming entrance lobby, amenities, kitchen
* Refurbishment of existing amenities
Design & Construct tenders to be invited mid October 2016.
Construction proposed to commence January 2017.
Please provide concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
