Council Fleet Wash Facility & Services

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of wash facility services for various Council vehicles.

Effective November 2016 Council will require a fleet washing facility for 52 waste compactors and various other service vehicles such as road sweepers, beach rakes, trucks and light commercial. Currently the fleet is serviced by Council employees using a 3 bay truck wash at the depot in Alexandria.

As part of the West Connex project the land that houses the wash bays will be acquired, Council is seeking for suitable providers of the service for a solution to be a minimum of 3 months with possible extension beyond 12+ months.

To meet our operational requirements Council must be able to have flexibility with vehicle numbers and wash times communicated through an agreed scheduling programme, which may vary from time to time.
