Tender Description
Tenders are invited for building modification works to Site 13, Friendship Avenue, Sunshine Coast Airport, Marcoola.
The works will include, but not be limited to:
* Decommission, demolition, and disposal of existing interior and office fit out;
* Relocation of various internal services;
* Installation and connection of demountable toilet unit at the rear of the existing building;
* Install, connect and test new services including air conditioning, power, comms, security and lighting;
* Fit-out works including ceilings, partitions, internal walls and floor coverings; and
* Installation of new office furniture and signs.
