OzArk Environmental & Heritage Management P/L on behalf of the proponent (Mid-Western Regional Council) seeks registration of Aboriginal groups or individuals who are interested in being consulted over an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment and potentional Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit application (AHIP) for the proposed bridge widening at Pipeclay Creek on Henry Lawson Drive, Mudgee, Midwestern Region LGA, NSW.
This consultation will assist the Applicant in the potential preparation of an AHIP application, and also the Director General of the Office of Environment and Heritage in their consideration and their determination.
